XBL Gamertag: Xx NAILBOMB xX Location: New Jersey Time Zone: Eastern Rank: Sgt. 1st Class...been hanging in Unranked lately. Favored Class: Spec-Ops - Always looking for new ways to use C4 Secondary Class: Engineer - Dropping mines like they goin' outta style PPH: Fluctuates between 45-80 depending on kit/,map. I also like Little Big Eye, Honor, and Special Ops. Full Frontal is a good high-action map. Worst Map: I like all the maps and know most of 'em pretty well, but for some reason I usually suck on Harbor Edge. :-) Other Skills(Such as your abilities in vehicles): Stab stab stabby stab stabbity stab. Car Bombs. Gotta love that C4....BeepBeepBOOM! Frostbite Beeping Snowmobiles own! Played BF2MC on XBOX, PS2, and now 360. Been on 360 about 3 or 4 weeks now, BF2 is the main reason I got 360. Got mic, good team player. I like to play with people who know how to communicate and work as an effective team. I know all the Soldier kits, Spec-Ops is my best, Engineer Second best. Other kits as combat situation requires. Sniper is my least used kit, I'm a decent shot but mostly just countersnipe. The only way to get better is to play with better people. some stats would be nice My stats aren't really impressive right now, only been on 360 for like 3 weeks, so not much to really brag about. I hit 700 points the first week or so, now just mostly chill in unranked. Haven't made any efforts to get any medals on 360 either, not really trying to rank up anymore, just play. I'm sure not the best player on the Battlefield, but I can hold my own. My previous XBOX and PS2 accounts were Chief Warrant Officers.

(this isn't related to NAIL or his reply--and especially not in a negative way) Even though both sides do it (worming and glitching), it makes the game unplayable. QS, on the other hand, does give one person an advantage but the other player can do it also. In reality, not doing it would make someone a scrub by the dude's definition. Whose to say switching weapons and then switching again wasn't just to use one's pistol one time? Or maybe it was an accident to switch. Maybe monitoring yourself making sure you're not doing it detracts your attention away from time otherwise spent focusing on frag-bait? (oh and in case this really isn't the definition of the scrub and I left something out that made it not fit the defintion, then you then this paragraph is just a page break and a blank line) Personally and honestly, I'm of the opinion it breaks the gameplay. And that previous paragraph is eli-*test*-('") asshole bullshit taken from the mouth of king asshole of shit mountain in earth's parallel dimension. So, I'm all for no (purposeful) QS and no wall clips in that they break the game. And as always, the beliefs discussed here only apply to this post and no other comparisons or assumptions to real life or other games may be made as counterpoints.

Similarly not in any negative way to Axis... EA says it best in their own advertising...”It’s in the game.” I know that’s kind of cliché, and many people view that as a weak answer, but it is plain simple fact. There will always be elements in games that can be abused in gameplay, usually something that gives one player an advantage over another. And unfortunately, there are players who abuse the hell out of these elements or “glitches”. But EA should be blamed for allowing this to happen, not the abuser who just uses the tools he’s given, albeit for his own amusement and usually not to the amusement of those he plays with. Knowing that EA is probably not going to fix any of the glitches in Battlefield, I would rather adapt to the community’s gameplay than complain about it. That’s how the gameplay evolves anyway. A tactic is found and used until an effective counter-tactic is discovered. Then a counter for the counter is searched for, and so on. This also extends the playability of the game, as it constantly keeps you strategizing and searching for new ways to play and adapt. Read about Yomi levels. That’s not just in Battlefield either, you can apply it to pretty much any other decent well--*test*-('")ed game. I hope I don’t come off as Elitist ‘cuz I’m so Not. I just want to be the best player I can be with whatever the game has to offer me. If that means accepting glitches and glitchers, then so be it. Worming, do you mean just double-tapping to go prone and then getting right back up repeatedly? Yes it’s annoying, but really all it takes is pressing a button fast. It’s even a tactic that is mentioned in the manual/strategy guide. This is one of those things that is personal preference, I don’t think of it as a glitch and I don’t think it makes the game unplayable. It also forces the person to stand still while doing it, so it does involve some level of risk versus the reward of being a smaller target. That being said, I don’t really worm at all myself. I probably jump around more than I should, but normally try to strafe or just drop to prone. The Quick-Snipe and Quick-Shotty glitches are also personal preference, but they don’t bother me either. I am not above using them, but don’t do it often. I don’t snipe a lot, and I play mostly on US team so no real need for QSG. There has been the occasion where it’s gotten me out of a tight spot though. The wall clipping glitches I do not support. Those glitchers are not playing the game. I am not above counter glitching though, and if I know how to get into a glitch where an enemy is, I will do so, “Xx NAILBOMB xX EnemyGlitchHomo”, then get back out of the glitch ASAP. Or just simply avoid the area. If the wall glitcher has no targets to shoot, you make him come out to you. It seems that at least some of the clipping glitches have been fixed in 360, correct me if I’m wrong. I haven’t really seen to many wall glitchers since moving to 360, although Backstab the building across the street from flag 5 seems a popular spot. On PS2, you would think there was a titty bar under the Nest flag 4 for all the people hanging out under there. For the record, I am against actual cheating in any form, meaning GameShark devices, turbo controllers, purposely lagging games to win or avoid a loss, packet tampering, that sort of game manipulation. They are NOT “In the game”. As for sirlin.net, yeah some his stuff comes off as elitist asshole rants, and I’d probably even qualify as a scrub in some way or another on his list. You have to sift through and find what speaks to you. But at its core, the Play-To-Win articles and mentality can be awakening and enlightening, and can even make your gaming experience more enjoyable. And yes, it can even be fun! :D Anywayz......./end babble........back to pulling triggers. Cheers!

i'm actually a decent sniper when i quickshot and worming to me is the appearance of moving at running speed while the player seems prone. and most of the time double-tap is the first thing i do when i see someone. not always--and sometimes i do it out of habit when i don't need to do it. and about worming, it is only the 'appearance' of someone being prone when they are actually double-tapping frequently in the air? i believe that happens by accident sometimes. sometimes i mean to go prone in a situation or get up and i end up jumping instead of proning and i'll habitually try to prone even when i'm in the air. i guess it can be hard to pin down a wormer and yea, qs isn't going anywhere. if the other person uses it and i get the oppurtunity, i will

Axis- 06-25-2007

btw, i doubt we're eli-*test*-('")--one time a guy on smashboards.com used the word 'amalgamation' in his post. i don't remember what that post was about; but it was a long one. who the hell pulls 'amalgamation' out of his ass like that on a game forum? i may type some cuckoo shit sometimes but there's a line between 'eloquent' and 'retarded' lol "In Battlefield 2: Modern Combat for Xbox 360 are many strategies to overcome your opponents--but be weary, because the sum amalgamation of tactics involved may easily be turned on your team by the enemy." yea, if i meant that in a post, that would make me grade A eli-*test*-('"), prime cut
